We offer pickup locations at Mid Centre Mall Chaguanas, Medford Gas Station and Sun Plaza.

Return policy: 

  • Returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • Returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged for different product or an in-store credit.
  • In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, The Body Spa by Pam reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
  • Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from The Body Spa by Pam are not eligible for return, refund, in store credit or exchange
  • You may return any unopened retail product for a 100% refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. 
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for used products.
  • We do not issue refunds or exchanges on any products purchased after 30 days
  • All Styling tools have a 30 day return/exchange policy. You may receive a full refund for unopened products. After 30 days from the product purchase, please reference any warranty information from the manufacturer.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
  • A full refund will be issued on a return that included a free product or gift, providing the return is within 30 days of original purchase. 

Order Cancellation Policy

 Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • To serve you better, a representative from The Body Spa by Pam will call to confirm your order before processing begins, that way if you ordered by mistake we can cancel the order with ease. However if calls made are not confirmed we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Product Availability 

  • The Body Spa by Pam makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
  • In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will deliver the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. 
  • Once the item is available we will then deliver your product once it is available 

SERVICES

If you are not satisfied with your service, The Body Spa by Pam will make it right at no additional charge provided it is within 7 days from your original service with your original Stylist. No refunds on services.
